Trump's Venezuela boat strikes fuel war crimes allegations. Are they legal?

😒 This is getting too crazy for me... I mean, how can they justify killing survivors? 🤯 Like, what even is the criteria here? Is it just a "drug cartel" designation now a get-out-of-jail-free card for the US military? 💸 It's all so sketchy and unclear. And don't even get me started on this non-international armed conflict nonsense... sounds like a fancy way of saying "we're gonna do whatever we want in the Caribbean and nobody can stop us". 🚫

And what about these 80+ deaths? That's just wrong, you know? 😢 I'm not buying that it was all part of some grand war effort. It feels like more like a wild goose chase to me... a way for the Trump administration to flex its muscles and show off its military might. 💪 But at what cost? 🤑 The law of armed conflict is clear: you gotta distinguish between combatants and non-combatants, and strikes gotta be proportionate. It's not rocket science, guys! 🔥

😕 I'm so worried about what's going on in the US right now. These strikes just don't seem right to me... 80+ deaths? That's crazy. And it's all because of a war on drugs? 🤯 Doesn't that just lead to more problems? Like, have they even thought about the families and loved ones of those who were killed or hurt? It's not like you can just label someone as a terrorist and go after them with no regard for human life. That doesn't sound like justice to me...
