man, can't even imagine being in Akula's shoes... like, I get it, war is war, but 4 years into it? that's crazy 
think about how his brain (and body) are still trying to recover from all the trauma 
and ppl need 2 be more aware of mental health after conflicts 
u know, providing support for vets & soldiers like Akula is super important 
we gotta take care of our own fam first
