People flee DR Congo fighting one day after peace deal signed in Washington

. Can't we just keep it peaceful for once? 
The DRC is literally bleeding and still no one's doing anything about it 
. 30 years of conflict and now the US president thinks it's a "miracle" 
. Miracles don't pay bills, fam 
this peace deal thingy is all like yeah, let's have a deal, but then it just breaks 
how can we expect it to last when there are people still fighting and getting hurt on both sides? it's not just about M23 and the Congolese army, it's also about Rwanda and Burundi getting involved too... it's all so complicated 
. I feel like we're just seeing a small glimpse of what's really going on in the DRC, but it doesn't give me much hope for peace. 30 years of fighting? that's crazy 
. we need to find a way to make this work or people are gonna keep getting hurt .this is insane ! another peace deal fails in the DRC? how many times can we keep saying this is the last one before it breaks down? it's like they're playing a game of chess, except instead of pieces, it's people's lives
