Miyares demands Jones' ouster after court doc indicates reckless driving case under further criminal probe

I'm shocked by this whole thing. I mean, who tries to get away with reckless driving at 116mph? It's just common sense, you know? But seriously, Jason Miyares is really milking this for all it's worth. I guess when you're trying to win an election, you gotta bring up the negatives, no matter how small they may seem.

And let me tell you, if Jay Jones can't even take responsibility for his own actions, how's he gonna be any good as Attorney General? I mean, Miyares is right, taking accountability is part of being a leader. But at the same time, it's also kinda harsh to say someone's unfit just because they've got some skeletons in their closet.

And what's with all the drama over those text messages? Come on, guys! It's just words, not actions... yet, anyway. Can't we just focus on what each of these candidates would do for Virginia instead of tearing each other apart?

I mean, come on Jason Miyares, you're trying to take down Jay Jones with this reckless driving thing? Like, 116mph is not exactly "reckless" – that's just me trying to keep up with traffic in Richmond . And let's not forget Jones has already taken responsibility for his actions (he paid the fine, after all), so why are you still bringing it up?

And what's really getting my goat here is Miyares questioning the ethics of Jones' community service hours. Like, no one's perfect – we've all had our own questionable life choices (hello, 3am Taco Bell runs ). But seriously, can't we just focus on the issues rather than nitpicking over a few loose ends?

I'm not saying Jay Jones is off the hook or anything, but let's not get too carried away here. It's like Miyares is trying to win the "Most Dramatic Politician" award – and so far, he's got this one in the bag .

I think this whole thing is pretty shady... Jay Jones got caught doing 116mph in his own car, which already raises some serious red flags. And now this new info about him doing those text messages and not taking responsibility for his actions? That's just gross. I'm also not buying into Miyares' spin that Jones is unfit for office because of this case. Like, come on... 1,000 hours of community service isn't that much and he's already completed half of that through his own campaign? That doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Ugh this is getting crazy I dont think its right that Miyares is trying to trash Jones like this just cuz of a reckless driving ticket 116mph is wild tho but it's not like he's been charged or anything yet and Miyares is bringing up some weird stuff like that community service thing does anyone really know the deal with that? seems fishy to me anyway, can we just focus on Jones' actual qualifications for the job instead of all this drama he's got a lot of experience and stuff, I'm sure he'll be fine
