ICE begins surge in Minnesota as Trump pushes for crackdown on Somali immigrants

OMG, what is Trump trying to do? He keeps saying these awful things about Somalia & its people 🤯🚫, but honestly, who has he ever met from there?! Like, I know his base loves him for being "tough" on immigration, but newsflash: being mean doesn't make you a leader 💁‍♂️. And those Somali ppl in Minnesota are like, super good citizens 🙌, they've built a community & helped so many people thru their orgs & stuff 🤝. Can't we just appreciate everyone's contributions without dissing an entire country? 🤦‍♀️ It's all about hate & division with him... *sigh*
 
I'm so down with Trumps idea of deporting those "garbage" Somalis. I mean, what are they doing here anyway? Just taking up space and getting free stuff from the system. Those 76k people out of 5.9 million in Minnesota should really be grateful for the opportunity to live here, especially after fleeing war or poverty in their home country.

And yeah, Trump's TPS program was a total disaster. Who needs protection from "insurgency" and "poverty" when you can just get citizenship through naturalization like everyone else? The Somali community is all about freeloaders if you ask me...
