I just saw this news about the Gaza Tribunal and I'm totally shook

. Like, I know we've been learning about the Holocaust and its impact on Jewish communities in school, but this is something entirely different. I mean, accusations of genocide are super serious, right?

It's crazy to think that Israel might be responsible for mass destruction, torture, and denial of basic human rights in Gaza.
As a student, it's really important to me that we're having these kinds of conversations about global issues and accountability. Like, what if international organizations aren't doing enough to protect people in Gaza?

That's not okay, right? We need more awareness and action on this stuff.
The fact that the tribunal is calling for justice and reparations from those responsible makes total sense to me. It's like, we can't just ignore human suffering and expect everything to be okay. We have to take a stand and demand change
