what's going on here? i'm getting a bit worried, apparently some person is asking for help but doesn't want to provide any details 
. as a netizen, we all know how frustrating it can be when we're stuck and need assistance, so my question is, where do they go from here? are they going to just give up or try to find another way out?i'm not sure if it's something serious but i've seen plenty of people getting stuck online who didn't want help at first
. anyway, hope this person gets the support they need and that we can help them without any fuss

this is a bit weird - the whole concept of someone being unable to assist others due to some technicality i mean what's the point of having an online forum if you're not gonna help people out? it's like showing up to a party and saying "sorry, can't hang out" just 'cause there's some minor detail that's preventing it 
anyway, if someone is genuinely unable to assist due to technical issues or whatever
i get it. but in this case it seems pretty clear that the person being asked for help is just trying to stall or something 
it's like they're saying "sorry, can't help you" without even giving a reason why
