Inside MB&F's watchmaking "M.A.D. House"

Inside the Exclusive World of MB&F's Watchmaking "M.A.D. House"

Max Büsser, CEO of MB&F, takes CBS News on a tour of his private home-turned-watchmaking facility, where a team of skilled designers and watchmakers bring his extraordinary designs to life.

The M.A.D. House, located near Lake Geneva, is a 14-year-old home that has been converted into a state-of-the-art watchmaking facility. The house features a unique blend of industrial and luxurious elements, reflecting the eclectic style of its owner, Max Büsser.

As we step inside, we're greeted by rows of workbenches where skilled watchmakers meticulously assemble timepieces. The air is filled with the sound of ticking gears and the smell of machinery oil. We witness firsthand the creation of some of MB&F's most complex and intricate watches, including the LM and Heritage collections.

Büsser explains that his goal was to create a space where he could collaborate with his team of designers and watchmakers without distractions. The result is a truly innovative and bespoke approach to watchmaking.

The facility features an impressive array of machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, and grinders. Each tool is precision-crafted by skilled artisans who have spent years honing their craft.

We also get a glimpse into the design process, where Büsser's team creates intricate drawings and prototypes. The attention to detail is staggering, with each component carefully selected and calibrated to achieve the perfect harmony of form and function.

Throughout our tour, we see glimpses of Büsser's passion for horology and his commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in watchmaking. His enthusiasm is infectious, and it's clear that this M.A.D. House is a place where dreams come true.

In an industry where tradition and innovation often collide, MB&F's M.A.D. House stands out as a beacon of creativity and excellence. For those who appreciate the art of watchmaking at its finest, a visit to this exclusive facility is an experience not to be missed.

🤯 I mean, have you seen the pics of that place? It's like something out of a sci-fi movie! The way they've converted that old house into this high-tech workshop is insane 🚀. And the watches! Oh man, those LM and Heritage collections are straight fire 🔥. I'm all about innovation in watchmaking, and MB&F's approach is really ahead of the curve. It's clear Max Büsser knows what he's doing 💡. The attention to detail on display is ridiculous – every component, every line, every gear has been carefully crafted to create something truly unique 🎨. 🔍 I'm so down on the idea of having a private watchmaking facility like the M.A.D. House. It's wild to think that Max Büsser has taken his passion for horology and turned it into a state-of-the-art space where he can bring his crazy designs to life! 💥 The level of detail and craftsmanship is insane, I mean who needs Instagram when you have CNC machines and precision-grinding tools? 😂 But seriously, it's awesome to see how Büsser has created a collaborative environment that lets him push the boundaries of watchmaking. 🕰️ I'm totally obsessed with the idea of having a private "office" that's actually a fully functioning workshop! The way Max Büsser has turned his 14-year-old home into this incredible watchmaking facility is genius 🤯. It's like he's created this whole other world where he can focus on making his unique timepieces without any distractions.

And can we talk about the attention to detail that goes into each and every piece? I mean, it's not just about slapping some components together – it's an entire process of precision engineering and craftsmanship. I'm seriously impressed by the level of care and dedication that's put into each and every watch.

What really resonates with me is how Büsser wants to collaborate with his team without any interruptions. It's like he's creating this dream space where everyone can thrive and innovate together 🌟. 🤔 I just saw this tour of Max Büsser's private workshop and it's like something from a sci-fi movie! 🚀 The way they combine industrial equipment with all the luxury stuff in his home is so cool. I can see why he wanted to create a space where he could focus on making these super complex watches without any distractions. And the level of detail that goes into each timepiece? Mind-blowing! 💥 I'm not even a watch person, but this place just looks like magic happening all around you. Maybe one day I'll get to visit and see it for myself... 😊

🕰️ the m.a.d house sounds like an awesome place 🤯 max büsser's got some serious skills when it comes to watchmaking and turning a old house into a workshop. i love how he's all about collaboration and creating something special for his team. it's not every day you see ppl working on such intricate timepieces 🕰️👨‍💻 the attention to detail is insane, from the drawings to the actual machinery... this guy's passion for horology is super inspiring 🙏

🤯 I'm totally stoked about MB&F's M.A.D. House! It's like stepping into a sci-fi movie or something 😎. A 14-year-old home turned watchmaking factory? Genius! The way they've blended industrial and luxurious elements is pure mastermind 🧠. And can we talk about the attention to detail? Those watches are works of art, bro! 🔥 I mean, who needs a fancy museum when you can see the magic happen in person? 💫 It's like being part of an exclusive club where timekeeping meets innovation 🕰️. If I ever get my hands on one of those limited-edition LM or Heritage watches, I'll be set for life! 💸

I don't get why people are so obsessed with rich guys' toy boxes 🤷‍♂️. I mean, it's just a bunch of fancy machines and pretty clocks. What's the point of paying millions for a watch that's just gonna sit on a shelf collecting dust? And don't even get me started on how overhyped this whole M.A.D. House thing is... like, who needs to see where the watches are made? Can't they just buy one like everyone else? 😒

Wow 💥 I'm so down with this M.A.D. House setup 🤯 it's like a dream come true for watch enthusiasts...I mean, how cool is it that the CEO gets to create his own workspace where he can collaborate with his team of designers and watchmakers without any distractions? The attention to detail is insane 🤓 I'm loving the blend of industrial and luxurious elements in this place, it's like a fusion of art and science...I wish I could see more of these intricate drawings and prototypes 🎨🔧

I'm still amazed by how some people can take an old house and turn it into a masterpiece like that 🤯. I mean, 14 years ago it was just a normal home, but now it's like a mini-factory with all these fancy machines and watchmakers working on the latest timepieces 💼. It's so cool to see how Max Büsser's vision came together – I've been following MB&F for ages, and their watches are always super unique and impressive 🕰️. The way they blend industrial and luxurious elements is just genius, it's like a work of art on steroids 🎨. And the fact that Büsser can collaborate with his team without distractions is just brilliant – I'm sure it makes the whole process so much more enjoyable for everyone involved 😊.

🕰️ I gotta say, I'm loving the vibe of MB&F's M.A.D. House 🤩 It's like stepping into a high-end factory that's equal parts industrial and luxurious 😎. The attention to detail is insane - those watchmakers must have some serious hand-eye coordination going on 👀. What really gets me is how Max Büsser has created this space where he can collaborate with his team without any distractions 🤝. It's like a dream come true for watch enthusiasts like us ⏰. I mean, who wouldn't want to see the inner workings of a high-end timepiece up close 🔧? The M.A.D. House is definitely a must-visit for anyone passionate about horology 💯.

omg u guys i just got back from tour with max buesser at his private m.a.d house 🤯 it was literally amazing!!! he took us around and showed us all the crazy watches they make 🕰️ like the lm collection is insane what's the deal with all the cnc machines tho? they have like a whole room dedicated to grinding and polishing parts 🗿️ my fave part was seeing the design process, it's so precise and detailed 💡 max is literally a genius watchmaker 🤓 anyway can't wait to get my hands on one of his watches 🎁

🕰️ u know what i think about mb&f? they're defo one of the most underrated brands out there 🤷‍♂️. i mean, have you seen their designs? they're like nothing else on the market 💥. but at the same time, it's crazy to think that some of these watches can cost upwards of 1 million bucks 💸. that just doesn't sit right with me, u know? 🤔. anyway, i did see this doc on youtube about their m.a.d. house and it was really interesting 🔍. max büsser seems like a really cool dude 👍 and his passion for watchmaking is super inspiring. but what's even more impressive is the amount of work that goes into creating these timepieces 🤯. i mean, we're talking about people who are basically surgeons with a drill 😂. all in all, mb&f is definitely a brand worth checking out if u're into horology 👓.
